OEM/ODM :Custom design development

An existing product can be modified to represent a brand or image:

OEM/ODM project usually require different terms and conditions from standard items:

1.Min order quantity:Depending on the idea and complexity of design.Minimum order quantity ranges from 3,000 pcs for a metal miniature clock to 20,000pcs for products with custom tooled IC or plastic casing;

2.Tooling charge: Depending on  requirement of casing, functions i.c. developments and programming if necessary;

3.Tooling lead time:Approximately 4-8 weeks after confirming all specifications depening on complexity.Please allow 3-4weeks more for new i.c. programming;

4.Production lead time:Approximately 6-8 weeks after approval of the off-tool sample depending on quantity and capacity.
